Nov 15 In Oswestry at Margarets Aunt’s (Mrs Lunts) funeral. Buried at Preston Gubbals

Nov 16 Large Flood in Village & river

Nov 17 Had addressed sent to voters

Nov 17 Margaret in Brum Jennie Vaughan laid up with sprained ankle

Nov 24 Nomination of Candidate of Purslow. I was declared as favourite at the meeting
